Let us take some of the stress out of party planning so you can enjoy your little one’s special day. You pick the date and time and we will handle setup, cleanup, entertainment, and so much more. This give you the chance to simply enjoy yourself knowing that you can leave with fun memories and a clean home (or at least a cake and snack free floor, and all your toys where you left them).
The maximum guests allowed per party (due to CoVID) must not exceed 24 (this includes both adults and children). It is our experience that parties with 8-10 children are the most successful, however we can accommodate up to 12 seated children
A final headcount is due 7 days prior to the party (14 days required if you have selected the works package)
All guests entering the play space must wear socks
An additional fee may be charged for excessive spills, messes or damages.
No thumbtacks, tape, glue or nails permitted. Command hooks are required for any décor hung on walls
While children of all ages are welcome to attend a private party, the maximum age of the child celebrating must be 6 years old or younger. Semi-private events are limited to children under the age of 6 to maintain the safest environment for our younger guests.
All packages include the use of a 6-foot folding food/gift table with white floor length tablecloth
All party guests must follow all of the play space guidelines
By providing a Non-refundabledeposit at time of booking, the host agrees to all of Alara + Zane’s guidelines and is obligated to inform their guests of any pertinent information regarding play, safety, and usage of the space. The host also agrees to be responsible for all their guests during the event
Final payment is due 5 days prior to the event
All guests must sign a waiver
